Kirin Tor is ruling a conclave of magi that leads Dalaran. Their agents, however, are secretly trying to control politics of entire Eastern Kingdoms. Sometimes it requires espionage or political assassinations. November Terra developed unique techniques of arcane magic for these tasks. Her staff, oddly reminescent of gnomish guns, allows her to cast spells from incredibly long distances with very short casting times.
