Hwei, The Visionary - fan art

I have to admit that Hwei is so far my favourite LoL champion release. Not only he has a "invoker-style" kit and really beautiful face but also he has nice story and flavour of being an artist. I wanted to make a piece that would reflect both his magical powers and his tragic story. Here, I believe, I show you an artist horrified of his work, which despite its beauty, embodies chaos and destruction.
